10 . How do you deal with those temporarily unavailable items after I place an order?
In the event that certain items are temporarily unavailable, we will offer you a selection of similar products to choose from as replacements. If you're not satisfied with the options we provide, don't worry - we have several alternative solutions to ensure your satisfaction:
A. You may choose your own replacement products and email us with your selection;
B. We can hold your order and ship the out-of-stock items with your next order once they become available;
C. As soon as the products are back in stock, we'll ship them out to you promptly;
D. If none of the above options work for you, you may cancel the unavailable items and receive a credit for them, which you can apply to your next order;
E. Alternatively, we can process a refund for any items that are unavailable.
